  • Moving systems from Exenta and MS Dynamics to full Exenta implementation

Job Description:

  • Position: Director of Finance
  • Reports to: President


Responsible for the delivery and integrity of financial information (balance sheet profit and loss account, financial analysis and supporting data.) Providing detailed analysis to support decision-making and adding value through financial insight.


  • Generate monthly/YTD/annual financial statement & forecast. Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reports and closings.
  • Maintenance of general ledger. Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closing of general ledger including preparation of monthly journal entries and supporting schedules of commissions and incentives for closing. Maintain monthly closing in Exenta, reconcile interface between Exenta & Solomon Dynamic.
  • Prepare and analyze margin & dilution and costs reports (monthly /quarterly/annually.)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly data for managers meeting; weekly sales updates (“Flash” reports)
  • Responsible for all foreign transactions (VAT, DUTY, GST, sales tax return quarterly). Reporting, payments, reconciliations, and reimbursements.
  • Working and coordinating activities with accountants and external auditors.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
