Michael Vermut is an Audit Partner in the Real Estate Services Group. With over 25 years of public accounting experience, he has assisted publicly and privately held clients in the real estate, hospitality, and software industries. Within real estate, he has experience with private equity real estate funds, commercial and residential real estate companies, and Condominiums.
Additionally, Michael has experience with acquisition due diligence, consulting on financial reporting, as well as management and business advisory services. He works with the firm’s National Office and other leaders within the Real Estate Services Group to refine and develop audit methodology and serves as a training instructor.
Michael has also authored various articles and recently hosted a webinar on the City of Yes.
