Irene Tsingelis

Irene Tsingelis is a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance Services Practice. She is responsible for supervising attest services engagements, including SEC reporting and compliance, and employee benefit plan and nonprofit audits. Her public accounting experience is primarily focused on financial reporting compliance, including audits and reviews, of public, privately held, and regulated businesses.

Irene also provides advisory services related to the design and implementation of internal control systems, the development of forecasts and the accounting aspects of complicated transactions. Her clients are located across the U.S., as well as Europe and Asia. This provides Irene with experience in audits dealing with international standards.
