Our Partner, Tami Clemenza will present the Tax Tips #2 session "The Tax Side of Splitting Up: Attributes That Matter" On Saturday, May 2nd at 9:30-10:30 AM. This program will help participants understand key tax attributes that arise in divorce matters, including net operating losses, capital loss carryforwards, and asset basis. Attendees will learn how these tax attributes affect property division, settlement negotiations, and post-divorce tax outcomes. The course will also examine common pitfalls and planning opportunities to ensure equitable and tax-efficient divorce settlements.
