Susannah Prill

Susannah Prill is a Director in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group, bringing more than twenty years of experience as a forensic accountant specializing in bankruptcy, business valuation, and litigation support. She has worked extensively with fiscal agents, not‑for‑profit boards, bankruptcy trustees, and creditor committees, and has played a key role in securing multimillion‑dollar recoveries involving fraudulent conveyances and other actions under bankruptcy law.

Susannah’s recent work focuses on forensic accounting services for Liquidating Trustees, Assignees, and CROs. Her engagements include regulatory reporting, claims reconciliation, analysis of insider transactions, liquidation analysis, and financial record reconstruction. She also performs forensic accounting and valuation services in matters involving solvency, shareholder disputes, and estate litigation.

Susannah has authored articles for the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and has presented to organizations including IWIRC, the Middlesex County Bar Association, the AICPA, and the New Jersey Association for Justice. Her speaking topics span supply‑chain challenges for distressed businesses, the bankruptcy toolbox, business valuation, lost profits, and the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

She is an active member of the leadership team for Women of EisnerAmper, serving as Treasurer on the board of the New Jersey Turnaround Management Association, and as Director of Sponsorship and Membership on the board of the New Jersey Chapter of IWIRC.
