Shuchi primarily focuses on providing tax solutions for hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and fund of funds, among others. Her expertise extends to the preparation of U.S. Federal and state partnership tax returns for investment partnerships. Additionally, she offers management and general partner entities tax-efficient solutions, ensuring maximum benefits for the owners of these entities.

Prior to joining the firm, Shuchi worked as an associate in a Mumbai based Chartered Accountancy firm where she worked on statutory and bank audits, Indian taxation, XBRL & other company law matters.
