Shaili Gosalia

Shaili Gosalia is a Manager in the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services Group and has nearly 10 years of experience. She has provided services in various forensic, matrimonial, and valuation engagements. 

She focuses on valuation engagements for gift tax, estate planning, litigation, and management planning purposes. She also works on various marital and litigation engagements through financial analysis, industry research, and writing reports. Shaili has also assisted in various fair value measurements for financial reporting purposes, including ASC 718 (409A) stock-based compensation, ASC 805 purchase price allocation, and impairment. 

Prior to joining the firm, Shaili was an Associate at a national accounting firm and performed forensic accounting services, analysis, and valuation for divorce and litigation engagements, among other services.
