Melissa Qualle is a Tax Director with nearly 20 years of expertise in the fields of accounting and taxation. She provides tax consulting and compliance services involving federal, state, and local tax returns, extensions, and estimates. Melissa’s experience encompasses compliance and planning to the financial sector, including mid-size venture capital, private equity, and fund of funds clients. Additionally, she specialized working in the venture capital industry for the past ten years.

Prior to joining the firm, Melissa was a Tax Senior Manager at a Big 4 accounting firm, where she supervised managers, and reviewed work product, and provided feedback and training.
