With nearly 25 years of experience, Patrick provides investigative, consulting, and litigation support to clients facing cyber risk, fraud, financial crime, national security, and regulatory scrutiny. Patrick's experience spans the FBI, where he led high-profile investigations into corporate and government fraud, anti-money laundering, public corruption, counterterrorism, espionage, and cyber fraud. He built the Cyber Crime Intelligence Unit for a top five financial institution, founded a technology company, and built consulting practices. Scott has nearly four decades of experience in the federal government and private industry. He helps organizations navigate complex geopolitical and security challenges, providing strategic guidance on countering cyber fraud risk and remediation, insider risk programs, advanced due diligence/KYC/KYE, supply chain security, and crisis management. Scott served in the Central Intelligence Agency’s Directorate of Operations (DO) for more than three decades, including as the third in command in the DO’s C-suite.
