Berret, Managing Director in our Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Group, will join a panel discussion at IWIRC @ American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) 2026 titled “Fiduciary Crossroads: Director Duties in the Zone of Insolvency.” Lauren and other panelists will share practical insights, experiences, and best practices to help directors navigate challenges when a business enters the zone of insolvency.
