The MLS Is Back!

Major League Soccer (“MLS”) has remained agile in the wake of COVID-19, and now the league is giving soccer fans something to look forward to this summer with the MLS Is Back Tournament. This unique World Cup-style tournament will take place in Orlando, FL, from July 8 to August 11.

The matchups for all 26 teams for this comeback tournament were officially selected on June 11 during a virtual drawing that allowed fans to follow along in the fun. President and Deputy Commissioner Mark Abbott explained the different phases of the draft process for viewers.
