What is HubSync?

HubSync is a platform that streamlines how you interact with EisnerAmper. With HubSync, you can look forward to: 

  • Electronic engagement letter execution
  • Online document submission
  • Individual digital tax organizers
  • Communicating with your EisnerAmper service team and organizing administrative tasks

What happened to the client portal I previously used?

Our previous portal, the EisnerAmper Client Portal, has officially been replaced by HubSync for Tax clients. If you have not yet used HubSync and have only had interactions with EisnerAmper through the previous client portal, please reach out directly to your EisnerAmper team and they will get you set up in HubSync. There may still be instances where some clients will use both HubSync and the EisnerAmper Client Portal, but this is only temporary as we are working to centralize this experience for all clients.

Why did EisnerAmper introduce HubSync?

EisnerAmper introduced HubSync to make working with us easier, more transparent, and more efficient. The portal enables secure, real-time information exchange, clearer communication, and visibility into the status of requests, so you always know what’s needed and where things stand.

How can I upload files within the HubSync portal?

You can securely upload digital files in two ways. Upload individual files directly to the corresponding request line item, or upload multiple files at once using the “File” tab. For step-by-step guidance on uploading files and using the platform, watch the instructional video below. .

How do I manage my email notification preferences in HubSync?

You can customize your email notification preferences directly from your HubSync dashboard.

    1. Click your name in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. 
    2. Select Notifications. 
    3. Choose your preferred email notification setting: 
      • Instant 
      • Daily 
      • Never 
    4. These settings can be applied to specific actions across active HubSync modules.
