Biography

Brendan Golden is a Senior Audit Manager with over 15 years of public accounting experience. He provides accounting, audit and advisory services to closely held and private equity-backed companies. Brendan also has SEC-related audit and 401(k) plan audit experience.

Brendan has significant experience in revenue recognition, equity-based compensation, complex debt and equity financings, in addition to business acquisitions and combinations. He also provides consulting services to clients, with a focus on improving internal controls and operational efficiencies.

Brendan works with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, technology, life sciences, law firms, sports and entertainment, real estate, construction, insurance among others.
