Tara Becker is a Partner and leads EisnerAmper’s Healthcare Industry Group and Healthcare Advisory Practice. She sets and executes the firm’s healthcare strategy, driving go-to-market performance, integrated cross-service delivery, and strategic growth across one of the firm’s most important sectors. Her focus is on scalable execution, market differentiation, and measurable enterprise impact.

 

With 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, Tara brings a blend of provider and advisory expertise. She spent more than a decade at Mass General Hospital in leadership roles across strategy, digital, operations, and growth before transitioning to professional services. She has since advised leading health systems, academic medical centers, physician enterprises, payers, and medical device companies nationwide on complex transformation and sustainable growth initiatives.

 

Tara partners closely with executive teams to translate strategy into results. She leads cross-disciplinary teams in deploying AI-enabled, data-driven solutions that improve financial performance, expand access, enhance engagement, and strengthen long-term competitive position.
