Ryan Berman is a Partner in the firm. With over 15 years of experience in public accounting Ryan serves both public and private organizations. He is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences and Technology, Manufacturing and Distribution and the Public Company Groups.
Ryan assists clients with domestic and international auditing and business consulting services. He has significant experience in SEC compliance, initial public offerings, business combinations, equity-based compensation, and other equity instruments. Additionally, Ryan is knowledgeable in the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, including internal controls over financial reporting.
