Robert S. Esposito

Robert Esposito is the National Practice Leader for EisnerAmper’s Transaction Advisory Services. Bob’s experience spans nearly 50 years and includes assisting clients with buy and sell-side Quality of Earnings (QoE), financial due diligence, and transaction-related strategy, negotiation, structuring, integration, and project management. Bob also has decades of experience serving public and private clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, QoE reports, corporate partnerships and joint ventures, IPOs and secondary public offerings, and preparation of financial statements, and regulatory filings.

Bob’s expertise is concentrated primarily on the planning, management, and execution of buy and sell-side transactions. He has significant experience (in excess of 800 transactions) with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, strategic alliances, corporate partnerships and joint ventures, and equity and debt financing transactions.
 
Bob’s expertise also includes serving clients in the Life Sciences Industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, consumer health, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical services), the Technology and Software (SaaS) industry, the Professional and Business Services industry, and the Industrial Markets and Consumer Goods industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Bob was a Senior Partner over a 35-year career at a Big 4 national accounting firm, where he served as National Partner-in-Charge Life Sciences, National Partner-in-Charge Transaction Services (Life Sciences), and Partner-in-Charge Transaction Services (MidAtlantic Region) for that Big 4 accounting firm.
