Rebecca De Leon is a Partner in the Financial Services, Technology, and Life Sciences Groups. She brings more than 15 years of experience delivering accounting and auditing services to a diverse range of clients, including venture capital and private equity funds, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, self-directed IRA custodians, and companies in the technology and life sciences sectors.
Rebecca has extensive expertise in managing audits involving complex financial statement consolidations for entities with multi-tier structures and international subsidiaries, addressing a wide array of intricate accounting issues. Additionally, she has worked with Technology and Life Sciences clients across all stages of growth, from early-stage start-ups to companies preparing for IPOs or SPAC transactions.
She is an active member of EisnerAmper’s National Office of Professional Practice, where she consults on various audit-related matters and serves as a subject matter expert on broker-dealer regulations. Additionally, she contributes to the oversight of the firm’s internal training programs, focusing on audit principles and procedures within the financial services and technology industries.
Previously, Rebecca served as Chair of the California Chapter for Women of EisnerAmper.
