Patrick Burk is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate Services Group. With nearly 15 years of experience, Patrick specializes in providing audit and assurance services and primarily works with clients in the real estate industry.
Patrick has extensive experience leading audits, reviews, examinations, compilations, and agreed-upon procedure (AUP) engagements for multifamily real estate entities, real estate funds, non-profits, and corporate consolidations, with a special focus on affordable housing. He has also managed various development stage engagements for affordable real estate clients, including cost certifications, 10% cost certifications, 50% bond tests, stabilization reports, and federal tax credit equity adjusters.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was a Partner at Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, with a focus on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries.
