Niyant’s expertise spans a wide range of industries—including technology, professional services, sports and entertainment, and manufacturing—where he helps clients navigate international compliance, treaty optimization, and repatriation planning. His approach combines technical precision with practical insight, ensuring that each tax structure supports both operational efficiency and long-term business goals.

Throughout his career, Niyant has guided clients through intricate regulatory frameworks and tax audits, helping them manage risk and uncover opportunities in global markets. 

Before joining EisnerAmper, he was the Founder and CEO of Fernway Solutions, a public accounting and advisory firm focused on international and corporate tax strategy.
