Keith Ender is a Managing Director and the firm's Private Equity - Growth Leader. With more than 35 years of experience, he advises some of the world's largest organizations on global account management, client service, and business transformation. As a leader in the firm's Private Equity Practice, Keith has a comprehensive understanding of the entire PE lifecycle, supporting both the PE funds and firms, as well as their portfolio companies.
Keith is recognized for building trusted C-Suite and Board relationships, guiding clients through complex issues while aligning the firm's capabilities to support critical business objectives. He has managed marquee global accounts, including during times of crisis, and brings deep expertise in sustaining long-term growth and recurring engagement models. Known for asking the right questions and driving execution, Keith oversees multi-disciplinary teams that deliver high-quality results across geographies and business units.
Prior to joining the firm, Keith was a Partner in the financial services practice in a Big 4 accounting firm.
