Katherine Clements

Katherine Clements is a Partner within the Strategy & Transformation Services practice and leads the IT Project Management team. She has nearly 15 years of experience.

Katherine specializes in project management office (PMO) design, implementation, and optimization, as well as project portfolio management for complex organizations. Her expertise includes system implementation support, software application design, and readiness for system go-live. She also guides PMO maturity assessments, leads technology modernization and strategic planning initiatives, and supports organizations through both agile transformations and traditional waterfall implementations.

Katherine has extensive strategic and tactical portfolio and project management experience for managing projects through all phases of the project life cycle. She employs project management practices to provide immediate value and integrates a perpetual feedback system to ensure client satisfaction. Katherine applies her technical knowledge to ensure clients have a robust portfolio management plan, PMO governance structure, and a strategic road map for modernizing an organization’s technology to achieve its strategic goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was an Associate Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this, she worked as an Executive Team Leader for Target.
