Josh Dicharry is a Partner in the firm and Practice Group Leader within EisnerAmper’s Advisory Service Line, for the Strategy & Transformation Services Group. With nearly 20 years of professional experience, he advises organizations across the public and private sectors on modernizing operations, optimizing technology environments, and delivering complex transformation initiatives.

 

Josh brings deep experience across IT project management, business analysis, and data management, supported by a well-established foundation in project execution, governance, and data-driven decision-making. His work spans digital transformation and system modernization initiatives involving both custom-developed solutions and integrated commercial platforms, facilitating organizations to make practical technology decisions that harmonize innovation, scalability, risk, and long-term value.

 

He has extensive experience building and scaling teams, with a focus on organizational development, talent growth, and maintaining high standards for delivery quality and client outcomes. His expertise includes application development, systems integration, process automation, data analytics, portfolio management, and data governance—helping clients improve operational efficiency, strengthen confidence in their data and systems, and strengthen leadership visibility.

 

Josh leads multiple practices within Strategy & Transformation Services, including Application Development, Data Analytics, Process Automation, Enterprise Systems, Project Management, Change Management, IT Strategy, PMO Advisory, Digital Transformation, and Management Consulting. He partners closely with executive teams to align people, processes, and technology, enabling effective execution and delivering measurable, sustainable results.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. In this role, he was the leader of the Business Transformation Services team.
