Jonathan Liff is a Partner in the firm's Private Client Services Group. With nearly 20 years of experience, he works with closely held businesses and their owners to minimize tax liability and implement customized planning strategies.
Jonathan provides comprehensive tax planning and reporting services for both individuals and businesses, advising on entity structuring for corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. He also assists clients in navigating state and local filing requirements, particularly for businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions, and offers accounting and bookkeeping guidance to strengthen day-to-day financial management.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was a Principal at Edelstein, a Boston-based CPA firm, where he focused on tax compliance and advisory services, managed staff development, and supported recruiting and training initiatives.
