Jim Maurer is the firm’s Chief Growth Officer for Assurance. With over 40 years of experience, he focuses on driving strategic growth initiatives across the firm’s assurance practice, aligning business development efforts with evolving client needs and market opportunities. 

 

Jim works with a broad range of clients across industries, helping to strengthen relationships and expand the firm’s presence through targeted growth strategies and client-centric solutions.Drawing on his extensive background in both audit and business development, Jim brings a well-rounded perspective to advancing practice performance and fostering long-term client engagement.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Jim held senior leadership roles at multiple large and mid-size accounting firms, serving as both an Audit Partner and a Business Development Director, leading growth initiatives and managing key client relationships.
