Jeffrey Granell

Jeffrey Granell is a Managing Director in the firm's Financial Advisory Services Group. With nearly 20 years of experience, he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and operational turnarounds. His industry experience includes telecom, media, life sciences, technology, manufacturing, and private equity.

Jeffrey’s work spans financings and refinancings, restructuring efforts, bankruptcy proceedings, and performance improvement initiatives. He brings a practical approach to advisory by helping both public and private companies—as well as municipalities—navigate periods of transition and uncertainty. He has also served interim management roles and provided hands-on support for distressed entities, working closely with stakeholders to assess risk, restore stability, and enhance long-term value.

Before joining the firm, Jeffrey held senior roles within the strategy division of a Big Four accounting firm and at a leading Canadian investment bank with offering a wide range of global financial services with a significant presence in Latin America and the Caribbean.
