Jay Dhruna

Jay Dhruna is a Vice President within the firm’s Fund Services practice. With 20 years of experience in financial services, he provides end-to-end fund administration support to clients, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading teams that deliver consistent, high-quality service across complex fund structures.

Jay works closely with open-ended and closed-ended funds, management companies, and family offices, coordinating fund administration activities while supporting audit and tax processes. He manages a team of more than 20 professionals, helping ensure accurate reporting, timely execution, and effective operational oversight. His role includes driving change management initiatives that support scalability, efficiency, and service continuity for fund administration clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Jay held roles within alternative asset administration outsourcing groups at U.S. and European banks, as well as third-party fund administrators. His background includes managing outsourced fund accounting teams in India, leading system migrations, onboarding new clients, and overseeing the transition of multiple fund administration sub-processes.
