Jason M. Prague is a Partner in the firm. With over 15 years of experience, he provides tax and accounting guidance to individuals, emerging companies, and private equity clients.

Jason specializes in providing comprehensive family office services with a focus on accounting, tax compliance, and strategic planning. He advises clients on a range of tax matters, including the preparation of individual and corporate returns, as well as compliance strategies tailored to dynamic business needs. He also works closely with limited partnerships, offering strategic bookkeeping and tax support to help clients maintain transparency and meet regulatory expectations. In addition to his accounting work, Jason contributes to estate planning initiatives, leveraging his legal background to support clients with integrated financial and legal strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason was a Partner in Prague & Company, a Massachusetts-based full-service Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm.
