Frank Tirelli is a Partner and the Chief Sales Officer in the firm. Frank leads the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and champions a culture of client-focused, consultative service delivery. With four decades of experience, Frank helps drive value across industries by aligning the firm’s advisory, tax, and assurance offerings with the evolving needs of closely held businesses, family enterprises, and Fortune 1000 companies.

His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including financial services, private equity, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, and sports and entertainment. Frank has also advised organizations through complex tax matters, international structuring, and business transformations, with particular depth in corporate tax and bankruptcy and restructuring scenarios. A recognized speaker, he regularly shares insights on talent development and cultural alignment at national conferences and industry events.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Frank served as Chairman and CEO of the Italian member firm of a global Big Four accounting network, where he oversaw a team of 5,000 professionals and over $1 billion in revenue. He also held the role of President and CEO of a publicly traded global nutrition company, leading its operations and strategic repositioning during a pivotal phase of growth.
