Dave Oh

Dave Oh is a Director in the firm’s R&D Tax Credits practice within the Technology & Life Sciences Group and has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, including over a decade focused on research and development tax incentives. He advises clients on identifying, documenting, and substantiating R&D tax credit opportunities at both the federal and state levels.

 

Dave works closely with executive leadership, tax teams, and technical personnel to translate complex research activities into defensible tax credit claims. His approach helps organizations effectively monetize innovation-driven incentives while remaining compliant with evolving regulatory standards. He serves clients across a wide range of growth stages, from early-stage startups to multinational enterprises.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Dave held leadership roles at national accounting firms, where he led R&D tax credit services for middle- and large-market clients and supported industry-focused growth initiatives across technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and consumer sectors.
