Danielle A. Hunt-Prague is a Partner in the firm's Tax Services Group. She works closely with private equity clients, providing strategic tax planning and compliance services tailored to complex investment structures and has extensive experience supporting early-stage companies with their tax and accounting needs.
Danielle combines her technical background with a consultative approach, helping clients stay ahead of tax law developments while positioning their investments for long-term success. She brings deep expertise in preparing partnership and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) tax filings, with a focus on aligning technical precision with the evolving needs of sophisticated investors. She also brings deep expertise in fund administration, real estate, and venture capital funds.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle was a Partner in Prague & Company, a Massachusetts-based full-service Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm. Earlier in her career, Danielle was with a Big 4 accounting firm in New York City, where she focused on international tax planning for multinational corporations. Her experience includes advising a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company during a significant business divestiture—an effort that required navigating cross-border tax issues and regulatory frameworks.
