Clint Hamilton

Clint Hamilton is a Partner in the firm's Audit & Assurance Services Group. With nearly 15 years of experience, Clint provides a wide range of assurance and attestation services, particularly with clients in the Real Estate and Not-for-profit sectors. His primary area of focus has been in the multifamily housing industry, including low-income housing tax credit real estate projects, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financed and subsidized projects, and U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development (RD) financed and subsidized projects.

Clint specializes in a wide range of assurance and attestation services to his clients, including supervising and leading audit, examination, review, compilation, and agreed-upon-procedures engagements. Clint has extensive experience working with owners and management of HUD and RD-assisted entities to ensure they are in compliance with applicable HUD and RD requirements. In addition, Clint utilizes his expertise to assist developers of HUD-financed projects in navigating HUD's Mortgagor Cost Certification process. Clint also performs audits for not-for-profit entities, real estate funds, construction contractors and various other real estate entities. 

Prior to joining the firm, Clint was a Partner at Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, with a focus on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries. Before this role, Clint worked at a national accounting firm in its real estate audit practice.
