Charles Wilson

Charles L. Wilson is a Director in the Real Estate Services Group. With more than 20 years of experience, he provides commercial real estate valuation and advisory services to institutional and middle-market clients across the United States, with additional international exposure.

Charles focuses on financial reporting and portfolio valuation, appraisal review, valuation management, and insurable value analyses, as well as dispute resolution, estate planning and litigation support, expert witness testimony, due diligence and feasibility studies. He leads and manages valuation and advisory engagements across all major commercial property types, including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets, with specialized experience in hotel, shopping center, mixed-use, student housing, and manufactured housing properties. Charles partners closely with clients to deliver objective, well-supported analyses that inform investment decisions, financial reporting, and risk management.

Prior to joining the firm, he held senior valuation and advisory roles at national and global organizations, where he supported complex real property valuations across a broad range of asset classes.
