Celeste McDonald

Celeste McDonald is a Partner in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Services Group, bringing significant years of experience delivering assurance and advisory services. Her client portfolio spans publicly traded corporations and private enterprises, with expertise in financial services, employee benefit plans, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services.

Celeste has led assurance engagements for publicly traded companies, including those subject to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and organizations preparing for their initial public offerings (IPOs). She is also a recognized speaker and regularly contributes to internal training programs within the firm.

Celeste’s experience includes a strong focus on internal controls, where she has managed outsourced and co-sourced internal audit projects, conducted control assessments, and advised on risk mitigation strategies. She also delivers SOC 1 and SOC 2 assurance services, including readiness assessments.

Before joining the firm, Celeste served as a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm.
