Brooke specializes in developing customized services for clients and project needs involving environmental, consumer, antitrust, as well as defective drug and device complex litigations nationwide. She also delivers solutions related to large-scale governmental and funds management programs, specifically working on abatement disbursements, assisting with transparency in reporting for state agencies nationwide. She routinely moderates webinars and contributes to several panel discussions centering on topics highlighting neurodiversity and increasing minority representation in the legal profession, the complexities of fund management and disbursement in settlement administration, and creating equal access to receiving and investing settlement funds in underrepresented communities. In addition, Brooke helped develop the EA Environmental Webinar Series, a four-part webinar series titled “Fire, Water, Earth, and Air”, bringing together industry leaders to discuss personal injury, property damage, and class action claims involving environmental torts.
