Brian Jordan

Brian Jordan is a Director in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Group. With over 15 years of experience, Brian brings deep expertise in providing bankruptcy and restructuring, forensic accounting, and litigation support services to clients across numerous industries, including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and others.

Brian serves as a financial advisor to financially troubled entities, unsecured creditor committees, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees, plan administrators, receivers, and liquidating agents. His work includes corporate and debt restructurings, analyses of debtor-in-possession financing, cash-collateral and liquidation budgeting, plans of reorganization, Section 363 asset sales, identification and prosecution of avoidance actions, and claims review and objections. In a recent Chapter 11 engagement, Brian partnered with the debtor’s Chief Restructuring Officer for a major hospital in Montgomery, Alabama, as well as the Chief Restructuring Officer of a Reproductive Health Organization, to streamline operations, address compliance matters, and develop a plan and disclosure statement to facilitate exit from bankruptcy.

Brian also has extensive litigation experience and has served as an expert and the lead accountant in numerous forensic and litigation matters across a wide variety of industries. Brian also has experience in providing expert testimony.
