Ayelet Duskis

Ayelet Duskis is a Partner in EisnerAmper’s Financial Services Group, with more than 15 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services. She advises a diverse range of clients that includes investment funds, asset managers, portfolio companies, family offices, and other organizations ranging from emerging ventures to established global entities.

Based in Israel, Ayelet brings extensive international experience to her work. She specializes in assisting U.S. funds with offshore investments and offshore asset managers with U.S. investors, as well as guiding U.S. taxpayers through complex cross-border transactions. Her expertise includes U.S. taxation of expatriates and nonresident aliens with U.S. assets, along with foreign informational filings such as PFIC, CFP, and CFC reporting, and related Subpart F and GILTI provisions.

Ayelet began her career with a Big Four accounting firm in Tel Aviv before taking on a team leadership role at a mid-sized accounting firm in Israel. She joined EisnerAmper’s Israel office in 2017 as one of its founding team members and continues to play a key role in its growth and management.

In addition to her client work, Ayelet is an active contributor to EisnerAmper’s thought leadership initiatives. She frequently lectures on international and current tax topics with Strafford and other CPE providers, where her engaging presentation style has made her a sought-after speaker among U.S. certified public accountants.
