Training magazine, a leading business publication for learning and development professionals, has named global business advisory firm EisnerAmper a recipient of the 2026 Training MVP Award. This award recognizes excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. This marks the third consecutive year EisnerAmper has earned this distinction—rising five spots from last year’s list.
The Training MVP Awards ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of behavior change and business impact.
