Raymond Werth Joins EisnerAmper as a Corporate Tax Partner

Global business advisor EisnerAmper announces that Raymond J. Werth has joined the firm as a corporate tax partner.

With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Raymond advises public and private companies on complex corporate tax matters. He focuses on corporate, partnership, and S corporation taxation, with significant experience in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes and uncertain tax positions.

Raymond will be advising clients on domestic and international tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, tax optimization strategies for flow-through entities, and foreign tax analysis. He has deep experience serving sectors such as technology, manufacturing, professional services, and retail, as well as cloud-based companies ranging from startups to multibillion-dollar organizations.

Raymond has a BS in accounting from West Chester University and an MS in taxation from Villanova University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
