With over 15 years of experience, Sophie specializes in financial management, treasury, and accounts payable operations. She helps businesses implement, scale, and streamline their accounts payable and treasury functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Sophie's expertise spans multiple industries, including construction, real estate, technology, and family offices. She has a strong background in financial operations, with skills in raising capital, managing financial reporting, optimizing systems integrations, and overseeing acquisitions. Sophie also specializes in building and scaling treasury functions, guiding companies through complex financial transactions and strategic growth initiatives.

Before joining the firm, Sophie led finance at a technology company where she oversaw the firm’s Series A funding, a strategic acquisition, and an ERP implementation. She also grew the treasury department, including international expansion, at a prior employer, which sold to a publicly traded company.   She began her career in treasury operations and commercial banking.
