Martin Pembroke is a Managing Director with EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC (EFS) with over 30 years of management and investment related experience, including public accounting experience. EFS team provides accounting services to hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of hedge funds and other alternative investment structures. Assets under management for EFS clients range from $10 million to over $1.5 billion.
Marty has held leadership positions at national broker-dealers and at the North American division of another global fund administration firm. He has successfully completed the securities industry qualification exams for General Securities Principal and Financial and Operations Principal (Series 24 and 27) and has served as a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), now FINRA, Net Capital Task Force and the Series 27/28 Exam Review Committee.
Prior to joining EFS, Marty was the Managing Director of Operations at a multi-billion-dollar AUA global fund administration firm, responsible for all U.S. and India operations.
