Kristen Reid is a Senior Manager in the firm's Affordable Housing Services Group. With around 15 years of experience, Kristen specializes in providing audit and assurance services and primarily focuses on private companies and investment funds in the Real Estate industry. 

Kristen possesses extensive experience in conducting year-end audits for affordable housing entities and investment funds. She also specializes in performing audits, examinations, and agreed-upon procedures specifically tailored for the development work of affordable housing entities. 

Prior to joining the firm, Kristen was a Senior Manager at Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, focusing on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries.
