Joe Penabaz is an Audit Senior Manager with over 15 years of experience. Joe is responsible for the supervision of financial statement audits and other assurance-related services, in accordance with the AICPA and PCAOB standards.
Joe provides audit and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, both privately and publicly held, including those backed by private equity firms. Joe has worked with clients through a variety of complex transactions, such as initial public offerings (IPOs) and business combinations.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe worked at a national accounting firm and was responsible for all phases of the audit, including planning, organization, supervision and review of the fieldwork.
Joe is involved with the training and mentoring of staff and the recruitment of new employees.
