Janina Mariel Teoxon

Janina is an assurance Senior Manager with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in serving both public and privately held companies from emerging/early-stage to large accelerated filers in the life sciences, technology and manufacturing and distribution sectors. Janina has extensive experience guiding clients through complex financial reporting and regulatory requirements, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration statements and public company compliance. She is known for her ability to support high-growth companies through critical milestones such as capital raises and public filings, while delivering high-quality, client-focused service.

Prior to joining the firm, Janina was an experienced Manager with a national accounting firm and performed audits for clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology and professional service firms. In addition, she has five years of experience with auditing financial statements of publicly-listed, local and multinational companies, real estate, manufacturing, construction and retail in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) while she was with a national accounting firm as Senior Associate in the Philippines.
