Jade Aase is the Managing Director of Client Experience (CX) at EisnerAmper, where she leads the firm’s strategy to embed client experience as a measurable, predictive, and cultural engine of growth. With nearly 20 years of experience in professional services, Jade brings a global perspective to client development, growth strategy, and human-centered experience design, having worked across Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, Boston, and Miami.
Since joining EisnerAmper, Jade has overseen the evolution of the CX function into a firmwide platform that aligns technology, data, and culture to deliver measurable client impact. Under her leadership, the firm’s client base and market presence supported by CX programs have quadrupled, and the CX team has achieved a Lifetime Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 78.1. EisnerAmper has also been recognized with ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting for Client Satisfaction award for nine consecutive years.
Jade and her team design and operationalize CX programs that span the full client lifecycle, including client feedback and analytics, insight-driven growth programs, and post-merger integration. Her work focuses on answering two core questions: How do we create meaningful value for clients? and How do we deliver it consistently, at scale?
Key focus areas include:
- Operationalizing CX maturity and analytics through platforms such as Qualtrics, Power BI, and AI-enabled insights
- Embedding CX into firm culture through education, storytelling, and CX networks
- Expanding growth programs that link client insights to business development, retention, and expansion
Partnering across business lines, industries, and geographies to create seamless, insight-driven client journeys
Jade believes that CX is everyone’s business, and that sustainable growth happens at the intersection of empathy, data, and strategy. She is an active member of EisnerAmper’s AI Community and continues to shape how the firm listens to, learns from, and grows with its clients.
