Hieu Le is a Director in the Corporate Finance Group, specializing in business valuation services with nearly 15 years of experience. He provides valuation expertise to both public and closely held companies.

Hieu is highly experienced in conducting valuation reviews for alternative asset managers, including private equity and venture capital firms. His work at the portfolio company level involves performing and reviewing valuations of business enterprises, common and preferred equity, debt instruments, options, and intangible assets. He also has extensive experience in areas such as stock-based compensation, complex securities with embedded derivatives, purchase price allocations, and goodwill impairment testing.

Prior to joining the firm, Hieu was a Senior Associate at a boutique valuation firm, where he developed a strong foundation in delivering high-quality valuation services across various industries.
