Evelyn Guillermo Martinez

Evelyn Guillermo-Martinez is a Staff II in the firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) practice, with 1.5 years of experience supporting multistate clients on compliance and advisory matters. She works with businesses across industries, including retail, manufacturing, technology, professional services, and investment entities to address complex state tax requirements.

 

Evelyn assists with income and franchise tax compliance, sales and use tax matters, and state credits and incentives. Her responsibilities include researching nexus and sourcing rules, evaluating the taxability of products and services, supporting voluntary disclosure agreement (VDA) programs, and responding to state notices. She also contributes to identifying and documenting eligibility for state and local incentive programs, helping clients navigate application processes and ongoing compliance requirements.
