Donna Fleres

Donna Fleres is an Audit Director and member of the firm’s Real Estate Services Group, with over 15 years of experience in public accounting serving both public and private organizations. She manages and is responsible for all phases of the audit, including planning, organization, supervision, and review of the fieldwork.

Donna provides accounting and auditing services for a variety of real estate clients, including publicly traded REITs, commercial and residential real estate companies in operation or in development as well as clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Her experience also includes SEC reporting and compliance, including internal controls and consulting services related to internal controls.

Donna co-leads the firm’s real estate growth initiative and is very active in the real estate marketing group, providing strategic leadership in the New Jersey office. In addition, Donna provides internal training and mentoring of staff and is a leader for firm-sponsored charitable initiatives.
