Devan Roy is a Manager in the firm's Assurance Services Group. With nearly five years of experience, Devan works on financial statement audits for clients across the governmental, nonprofit, and private sectors.

Devan works with local governments, charitable organizations, and commercial entities to deliver audit services that adhere to regulatory standards and offer practical insights for operational improvement. While managing a portfolio of over 10 engagements annually, he coordinates teams to ensure audit quality, budget alignment, and timely delivery.
In addition, he is skilled in the application of Government Auditing Standards, Yellow Book, and Single Audit requirements. His approach combines technical rigor with collaborative team leadership, enabling clients to strengthen internal controls and maintain financial transparency.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Devan held the role of Senior Auditor at a regional accounting firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to clients across the public and private sectors.
