Brooke Bodziner is a Director in the firm’s International Tax Practice, bringing over 15 years of experience advising businesses and individuals on the full spectrum of domestic and international tax matters. Known for her technical depth, responsiveness, and ability to translate complex tax issues into clear, actionable decisions, Brooke is a trusted advisor to clients navigating the opportunities and challenges of cross-border business.

Brooke works with a diverse range of clients across industries — with particular depth in manufacturing, technology, life sciences, and women-owned businesses — advising on inbound and outbound tax planning, cross-border structuring, and foreign information reporting obligations. A distinguishing feature of Brooke's practice is her use of custom financial modeling to help clients evaluate and select optimal tax structures. By building detailed, scenario-based models that illustrate the real economic impact of competing structures, Brooke empowers clients to make informed, confident decisions — before they commit.

Her areas of expertise span cross-border tax planning for both inbound and outbound taxpayers, as well as the formation, structuring, acquisition, and reorganization of domestic and foreign entities. She advises on outbound structuring and foreign subsidiary formation, conducts U.S. income tax treaty analysis—including sourcing rules, withholding tax obligations, and limitation-on-benefits provisions—and supports clients with foreign information reporting compliance. 

Brooke is especially passionate about working with women business owners, a focus that has grown organically throughout her career and reflects her broader commitment to supporting entrepreneurial success at every stage of growth. In addition to her client work, Brooke plays an active role in growing Eisner Advisory Group's international tax practice, bringing in new clients and mentoring the next generation of international tax professionals within the firm.

Prior to joining Eisner Advisory Group, Brooke served as a Manager at a national accounting firm.
