Ashley is well-versed in aligning client hiring needs with strategic recruitment solutions. She develops and nurtures a high-quality network of executive-level candidates. By leveraging deep market insights, she works closely with businesses to deliver customized search strategies. Ashley is dedicated to advancing the firm's recruitment operations—refining business strategies and improving operational processes. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley served as a Talent Acquisition Director at a Top 10 CPA firm, where she led firmwide recruitment initiatives and advised clients on full-cycle hiring across accounting and advisory functions.
